What will a typical day look like for my dog?
This will depend on the needs of your dog, but a typical day with us generally includes the below:
Will my dog be crated?
Yes! While we work from home and are committed to the care and attention required of all dogs in our care, it is not possible for us to be attentive to them at all times. While boarding dogs are unsupervised, they will be crated. This includes crating overnight and occasional crating during the day if we are both out of the house.
Subject to any dietary restrictions, stuffed frozen Kong's or other durable toys are given regularly to help encourage a more positive and relaxed crating experience.
Will you bring my dog to dog parks?
No, we do not bring any dogs in our care to dog parks. While dog parks can be fun and social at times, they can also be unpredictable and do not allow us to prioritize the safety and well-being of your dog. We also don’t allow interactions with any dogs not in our care and avoid all on-leash greetings.
How many dogs do you have in your care at a time?
We generally have a limit of two dogs in our care. Typically this includes one boarding dog and one foster dog, though we try to keep it to one dog total at least half of the time. We occasionally able to make exceptions to this limit, such as for multi-dog homes looking for boarding. Please reach out to inquire further!
How much does boarding cost?

Yes, to ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we require the following prior to boarding:
My dog exhibits resource guarding / leash reactivity / separation anxiety, can they still board with you?
We have ample experience with resource guarding, leash reactivity, separation anxiety, and a range of other behaviours.
While we are absolutely comfortable with all of these behaviours, we will assess this on a case-by-case basis depending on other factors (ex: requested dates, the needs of other dog(s) in our care, etc). This is something we would discuss in further detail via a call or M&G!

We post an average of 4 updates a day; updates consist of a combination of photos and videos.
While this account is accessible via most browsers without the need for an Instagram account, we’re also happy to send a daily update via email upon request.
